Doug Hanson, President

Doug has over 18 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry starting with AT&T and moving to become the Sales Manager at Equity Telecommunications and through his success in growing the company over 50% in one year became a partner in Equity Telecommunications. Doug started Summit Communication Technologies in order to provide his vast AT&T customer base with secondary market communications equipment. Evolve Technologies was a joint venture to provide voice services and new equipment to his customers which is now wholly owned by SCT. Evolve Technologies has been recognized as one of Boulder Counties 100 fastest growing companies for both 2005 and 2006. Doug credits a lot of the success to researching new technologies and finding Best of Breed products to complement customer needs. Doug graduated from the Regis University Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Doug Spooner, Vice President Operations

Doug started as a Telephone Technician for Encompass Communications with responsibilities including installation of phone systems, wiring and T1 installations. Doug joined Evolve Technologies as a Technician installing PBX's, developing LAN’s and WAN’s and basic data support. After several years at Evolve Technologies Doug has risen to VP level responsible for all Technicians (training/scheduling) and customer satisfaction. Doug continues to work with our customer installations specializing in ShoreTel VoIP installation and multiple site installations. Doug received a degree Skagit Valley College.

Robin Foreman, Director of Sales and Marketing

Robin has 15 years experience in the telecommunications industry starting her career with AT&T as an Account Executive. The Telecom Act of 1996 opened up competition in the local market place giving Robin the opportunity to move to ICG Communications as a Regional Sales Manger. She was responsible for opening up the Northern Colorado market for ICG quickly becoming one of the regions most profitable markets. Robin then moved to Nortel Networks where she was the Sales Manager for Comcast Cable and Time Warner Telecom. Robin developed synergies with both high profile companies producing Nortel Networks first sales into each Company. As the Director of Sales and Marketing for Evolve Technologies, Robin is building a sales team, growing the agent channel and has helped define Evolve Technologies core competencies while playing an integral roll with market branding. Robin graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Wyoming
